  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location; we recommend using a trackable service for high-value oscilloscopes and testers.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
