FNIRSI® F245 / HS-02A Hot Melt Nut Insertion Tip Kit
This kit includes soldering tips compatible with the HS-02A soldering pen and interchangeable with standard F245 universal soldering tips. It supports embedding hot melt nuts or inserts in sizes M2 (also suitable for M2.5), M3, M4, M5, M6, and M8. Commonly used for 3D-printed copper nuts or nut inserts in plastic components.
Features

- F245 Tip Compatibility: Fully compatible with standard F245 soldering tips, offering practical and flexible use.
- Modular Design: Female and sub-head design with a hand-tightened knurled connection. Tips can be easily swapped at room temperature to fit different nut sizes.
- Premium Brass Build: Excellent thermal conductivity ensures fast and even heating. Flat end contact prevents nut misalignment and allows precise and efficient embedding into plastic parts.
